Sound Thought 2017 ran from May 10-12 in the Centre for Contemporary Arts, Glasgow. This year saw our most ambitious programme yet, showcasing the work and research of over eighty delegates representing fifteen countries from around the world. This year marked the tenth anniversary of Sound Thought.
It was my pleasure to lead this year’s committee to deliver a three-day event filled with over seventy works, including compositions, papers, performances, and installations. The quality of this year’s work was extremely high, as reflected in the comments we have received thus far.
